She has over 30 years of experience working specifically with properties that have suffered a tragedy either recently or historically. Simply put, there is no situation we have not encountered. Whether a property has been stigmatized by a specific event or tragedy, or is even suspect of paranormal activity, we are fully prepared to guide our clients professionally, discreetly, and without judgment. As a certified genealogist with a PLCGS certification, the company integrates genealogical research to uncover the historical lineage of properties and past ownership. 

We offer a comprehensive range of professional services, including traditional real estate sales, notarial services, and specialized real estate working with stigmatized homes. As a Certified Notary Signing Agent, we are available to notarize all loan closing documentation, providing added convenience and continuity for our clients.
